Fantastic customer support and service, cannot recommend VigiTech enough!I liaised with James over a number of emails to get my tracker setup in a way that suits my needs best, he could not have been more helpful and the tracker its self is very precise and has proven it's self a robust little unit.If you're on the fence I would highly recommend going with VigiTech you won't be disappointed

I purchased four of their waterproof units for use in jet ski's and was dubious about how effective they would be operating in a known signal black spot. I needn't have been concerned. The routes track reliably and consistently.What is really exceptional is their communications and customer support. Any questions asked are responded to quickly. I was having a minor issue with one of the units and after getting in touch late at night was fully supported to get it functioning properly.The whole process has been completely faultless and I have no hesitation in recommending this company and their products.

We bought the FMB920-4704 tracking package and door sensor for our caravan.
Im not the techiest of people and did have to ask the technical support team for help. This was given straight away in language that I could understand which made the whole setting up so much better.
I have given 5 stars because I just cannot fault the product or support.
