See Your Fleet’s Status at a Glance — New Colour-Coded Map Markers

It all started with an off the cuff comment from a customer about visualising crossover of vehicles from one depot to another. A few days later we have a new feature released.

Keeping track of a busy fleet shouldn’t mean digging through menus to find out what’s going on. With this update, your map now tells you the story instantly, just by colour.

Your vehicles, your colours

You can now choose exactly how your vehicles appear on the map. Want all your delivery vans in blue and your service vehicles in orange? Or one colour per depot, per customer, or per driver team? Just open a vehicle (or a whole group) and pick a colour — every vehicle in that group will pick it up automatically. It’s a simple way to make your map make
sense to you, especially if you’re managing a large or mixed fleet.

A clearer view of every vehicle

We’ve also added richer status detail right on the vehicle icon itself. For customers using our canbus connected FMC150 or FMB140, you can now see the vehicle status right on the map:

• Doors, locks, bonnet and boot — see at a glance if something’s been left open or unlocked.
• Seat and seatbelt view — a new interior diagram shows who’s seated and buckled in, in real time. Why it matters These updates are all about giving you confidence in your fleet without extra effort — the answers you need are now visible the moment you open the map, not buried three clicks deep.
