We have a range of management reports available to give a daily, weekly or monthly overview of your vehicles movements. All of our fleet management trackers have the ability to monitor and report on driving behaviour, including speeding and aggressive driving. Our advanced plug & play and hard wired trackers have the ability to report on fuel usage on a per trip, per day, per week or per month basis. Reports and notifications can let you know when your vehicles are refulled and by how much. Easy access to when your drivers start and finish their days.
Knowing exactly who is driving your vehicles can prove invaluable in the event of a road traffic collision, speeding offence or parking fine. All of our Fleet Management devices support driver identification. Every device is compatible with our bluetooth slim id cards, which the drivers can just keep in their wallets, bags, etc. Our more advanced units such as the FMB140 support our fob based driver id’s. If you use a card or fob based access control system, we may be able to integrate your employees existing id cards into your fleet management solution to identify the driver.
Are you transporting chilled or temperature sensitive goods? Temperature and humidity monitoring is available for all of our Fleet Management devices using either bluetooth or hard wired sensors. As well as a real-time readout of these values, our suite of reports show you the maximum and minimum temperatures recorded, along with graphs. Alerts can be set up if recorded values go too high or too low.
Speeding and aggressive driving can damage your reputation as well as costing more in fuel. Speed limit and eco driving alerting and reporting is standard on all Fleet Management devices. These can be set to alert if your drivers are speeding (speed limit +10% by default). This gives you the tools to crack down on excessive speeding and aggressive driving, saving you fuel, reputation and potentially the drivers license. Note that speed limits are only currently tracked on UK roads, we are looking to expand this throughout Europe and beyond to match our tracking coverage.
Drivers sitting with the engine running while having their lunch break, rest, or paperwork not only wastes fuel but also damages the enviroment. Run Hours and Idle Hours monitoring is standard on all of our Fleet Management devices.
As well as hours and idling hours counting and reporting, CANBUS connected devices can record hours for two additional inputs, such as PTO and Air Conditioning run hours.
